How Microsoft Uses Service Manager: Sending Mail to Related User CIs

Andrew Barton has just written up another good blog post on how to send mail to users in the “Configuration Items: Computers, Services and People” field in System Center 2012 SP1 – Service Manager.  Have a look here:

This is generally good information on how to create notification subscriptions where the recipient users are related to the object that is being subscribed to.
